Minister Powell, affectionately known as Rev. Bev, is truly a woman who possesses love, compassion and a tender heart for God’s people so much so that her love likens itself unto the love Christ displayed upon the cross.  As a wife, mother, minister, entrepreneur, student, marriage and family ministry coordinator with her husband and the minister of music of her church she continuously strives for perfection in Jesus Christ.   Her talent seems to be limitless and her love and appreciation for others is matchless.  It is her belief that when we have a right relationship with Jesus and are bathed in His Holy Spirit, we are empowered to live out the word of being, “more than a conqueror”.  

She devoutly believes and teaches that we have the victory over Satan and the power to override him in every circumstance in our lives no matter how he approaches us; we are the victors because of our relationship with Jesus Christ. Minister Powell preaches and teaches the uncompromised gospel of Jesus Christ while holding a special place in her heart for women and families.  As the Holy Spirit empowers her she shares that empowerment with others.  It is her desire to allow God to use her to embrace the women and men of God with the same love that His Son gave upon the cross.  She teaches that in the time of crisis He is there and will continue to be there.  In the time of joy He is always right there.  She travels the country spreading the word of God causing a spiritual uprising toward the cross of Jesus.

Her family recognizes her as a wife and mother called by  God.  They are constantly at her side making certain that all of her needs are met without wavering as they ensure that she has the time she needs to study the word of God and to minister it with confidence in Jesus Christ.  They constantly and continuously encourage her to fulfill the call God has placed upon her life.

 Minister Powell has a Bachelor of Theology in Biblical Studies and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree.
